I got Hidden Folks through Family Sharing but the in-app purchase won't synchronise! What can I do?
   The App Store's Family Sharing plan and Google Play's Family Library do not include in-app purchases, which is ridiculous, and I honestly don't know how to work around that fact. This is truly a design flaw by both companies, and it would absolutely help if you would file a complaint with the App Store or Play Store.

I bought Hidden Folks on my iPhone / iPad; can I now play it on my Mac?
   The App Store and Mac App Store are different stores and Apple has not given developers any tools to allow transferring your purchase from one to the other. So unfortunately, no. I wish Apple would do something about this, and I've let them know about this (very common) complaint.

When are new areas coming out?
   We are currently taking a break from making new areas, but for when we get back to it, be sure to sign up for an email when new areas come out.

Why do I have to pay for the new Beach areas?
   6 people worked on the new Beach areas for 9 months, and as actual human beings, we need to pay for food and rent just like you do.

Sounds on my iPad or iPhone don't work! How to fix it?
   iPhones and iPads have a physical mute switch on the side of your device, a software switch in Control Center, and there is the volume of your device. Make sure to check all these things combined!

I can see Salma but she isn't 'found' when I tap her! What can I do?
   As opposed to most other targets, to 'find' Salma requires you to solve the little puzzle hinted by her clue. Read the clue carefully and I'm sure you'll figure it out!

How do I zoom in or out on Apple TV?
   Double tapping on the touch area without actually clicking the touch area will toggle between a few zoom levels.

I found a bug! What do I do?
   Make sure none of the answers above fix your issue. If you're playing Hidden Folks on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, send me an email with your device name, iOS version, and a description of what's happening. If you're playing on Windows, Mac, or Linux, follow the steps outlined in this guide to potentially fix your issue. If you're playing on Nintendo Switch; send me an email and we'll figure it out together!

Can I get a refund?
   Probably! You can request a refund at the store you bought the game - not from me, because technically you didn't buy the game from me. If you don't know how to ask for a refund, google it, because it varies largely per store and sometimes even per country.
