Sounds on my iPad or iPhone don't work! How to fix it?
iPhones and iPads have a physical mute switch on the side of your device, a software switch (iPads only) in Control Center, and there is the volume of your device. Make sure to check all these things combined!

I can see Salma but she isn't 'found' when I tap her! What can I do?
As opposed to most other targets, to 'find' Salma requires you to solve the little puzzle hinted by her clue. Read the clue carefully and I'm sure you'll figure it out!

How do I zoom in or out?
On Apple TV, double tapping on the touch area without actually clicking the touch area will toggle between a few zoom levels. On phones or tablets, pinch with two fingers. On computers, scroll or use the [,] or [.] buttons.

I found a bug! What now?
Make sure none of the answers above fix your issue. If you're playing Hidden Folks on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, send me an email with your device name, iOS version, and a description of what's happening. If you're playing on Windows, Mac, or Linux, this guide may describe how to fix your issue.

Can I hear from you when there are new areas available?

Can I have a key or promocode?
The game has been out for more than a year now, and I have stopped giving out codes and keys.

Sorry, we're not interested! Hidden Folks is doing great as-is, and we pick services and collaborations based on what we think fits the game well, as opposed to what we think fits the business well.

Can I get a refund?
Probably! You can request a refund at the store you bought the game - not from me, because technically you didn't buy the game from me. If you don't know how to ask for a refund, google it, because it varies largely per store and sometimes even per country.
